How much do you think your time is worth? How about $1,000 a minute?
GOBankingRates is launching the second annual #MoneyMinute Video Challenge. This summer, we’re asking all personal finance bloggers, journalists, experts and enthusiasts to submit their favorite money tip in a minute-long video. The best one wins $1,000.
That’s it: One minute, one tip, and $1,000 could be yours.
How It Works
Participants can enter their video(s) into three different categories:
- Saving Money and Frugal Living
- Credit and Financing
- Retirement and Investing
You may enter as many videos as you want; the only rules are that videos must be original (i.e., never before published) and no more than 60 seconds long.
Finalists in each category will be selected according to number of votes for their videos. The top five highest-voted videos will move on to the final round and be evaluated by our panel of judges. A winner in each category will be selected, along with one grand prize winner, according to the following criteria: most creative video, most creative tip and most impactful advice.
